Fan size and speed determine draw. Spal shows over 30 amps for their dual 11" fans. Best practice on dual fans is to install two relays with separate fused power supplies as outlined above. A 30amp fuse on each would be the max. Since you are not using the 87a terminal you could use a 4 prong relay instead of the 5 prong.
